Tutto il team, dal sopralluogo a lavoro ultimato, è stato professionale, cordiale e presente. Super attrezzati per affrontare,sul posto ,qualsiasi imprevisto .Davvero consigliatissimo, il top!5 super stelle.! GRAZIE DI CUORE. Da quel momento chiamo ogni giorno in azienda e la segretaria ogni volta si inventa una scusa diversa per giustificare l'impossibilità di parlare con il titolare. Avevamo accordi presi per la settimana dell'installazione e il suo compenso. Non mi ha mai richiamato. Mi sono trovato con l'aver acquistato dei condizionatori e non poterli montare, con una bimba di 2mesi a casa. Scandaloso I speak with the owner. Abbiamo installato una caldaia a condensazione, nuova, ma non ci hanno spiegato come cambiare i fosfati e ci hanno fatto pagare l'uscita del tecnico per le spiegazioni e i fosfati pagati quasi il doppio che da altre parti. Dopo un paio di mesi si è allentato un dado e alla chiamata ci hanno spiegato cosa fare e abbiamo dovuto farlo noi. Quasi a scadenza della garanzia si è verificata una piccola perdita e dopo diverse sollecitazioni ci siamo rivolti ad altri tecnici che hanno fatto l'intervento, cambiando una guarnizione, in modo gratuito Good service as regards assistance on existing plants but bad after-sales service. Su cifre nell'ordine di migliaia di euro questo è inaccettabile. Gli installatori si sono presi la totale libertà di installare l'unità dove era più comodo a loro senza neanche chiedere un riscontro pur essendo io in casa ad assisterli. Disastro su tutti i fronti, soldi buttati. Statene alla larga il più possibile. Experience to forget. The owner only thinks of making the sale concrete by providing the most expensive and least optimal solution. On figures in the thousands of euros this is unacceptable. The installers took total freedom to install the unit where it was most convenient for them without even asking for feedback even though I was at home to assist them.
