★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonato per chiedere informazioni mi e' stato detto di recarmi sul posto senza appuntamento. Arrivata non c'era nessuno alla reception, ma in compenso 4 persone in attesa. Per una informazione gli altri utenti mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto aspettare il mio turno. Dopo 30 minuti di attesa 2 persone hanno mollato il colpo. Dopo 40 minuti mi hanno dato una risposta che necessitava solo di pochi secondi. Organizzazione pessima.
Solo due persone che devono gestire tutto.
