★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann mich der Vor-Bewertung nur anschliessen - entgegen dem, was sonst im Krankheitsfall üblich ist (Skipass, Ski-verleih etc) wird in den AGBs festgelegt, dass im Krankheitsfall keine Kurskosten rückerstattet werden. Selbst wenn der Krankheitsfall unfallbedingte Kursfolge ist - der Snowboardkurs unserer 2 Kinder hatte einen Lehrer auf 10 Kinder und 3 von 10 Kindern sind wg Handgelenksverletzung durch das Snowboarden ausgefallen. Schade um die Skiwoche und 3 Wochen Gips - aber kein Wort des Bedauerns von Seiten der Leitung, die nur auf og AGBs verweist. - Gesamtbewertung: unempathische Profit-Maximierung. Vorschlag: AGBs ändern und krankheitsbedingte Ausfälle rückerstatten.
 I can only agree with the previous assessment - contrary to what is otherwise usual in the event of illness (ski pass, ski rental, etc.), the general terms and conditions stipulate that no course costs will be reimbursed in the event of illness. Even if the illness is the result of an accident - the snowboard course of our 2 children had one teacher for every 10 children and 3 out of 10 children dropped out due to wrist injuries from snowboarding. Too bad about the ski week and 3 weeks in plaster - but no word of regret from the management, which only refers to the above-mentioned terms and conditions. - Overall rating: unempathetic profit maximization. Suggestion: change the terms and conditions and reimburse sickness-related absences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un unico campo per i corsi dei principianti e le selezioni per i corsi sci…..una confusione tale da non capirci nulla per non parlare della mancanza totale di distanza dovuta all’assembramento generale.
Se poi vostro figlio/a malauguratamente si infortuna durante le lezioni, dimenticatevi il rimborso!
Ho scoperto poi che bisognava fare un’assicurazione per queste situazioni, peccato che non mi è stata proposta all’acquisto del pacchetto!
Sconsiglio vivamente!!
A single field for beginner courses and selections for ski courses ... .. such a confusion as to not understand anything, not to mention the total lack of distance due to the general crowd.
And if your child unfortunately gets injured during the lessons, forget about the refund!
I later discovered that it was necessary to take out insurance for these situations, it is a pity that I was not offered when purchasing the package!
I strongly advise against it !!

Excellent organization and the masters are very well prepared! I have also always entrusted my daughter from the age of 3 to responsible and prepared instructors and today, at the age of 6, she is very safe on the slopes and skiing really great! Thank you Alpe di Siusi Ski School!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to stop early my daughter class due to covid, terms were jointly agreed to get 3 days of group class instead of refund. 2 years later (when pandemic allowed) they came up with plenty of explanations issuing a coupon for 65€ which was not even enough to cover 2 days of ski school (134€).
Ski teachers are great however admin staff doesn't respect their promises.
