★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind am 14.9.2018 von Seis nach Brixen gefahren. Der Bus war rappelvoll, sodass Fahrgäste unterwegs nicht mehr einsteigen konnten (besonders tragisch für die Einheimischen, die damit zur Arbeit müssen). Verspätung gut 10 Minuten. Auf der Rückfahrt haben wir in Seis Busbahnhof auf den Bus 5 gewartet der um 19:11 Uhr zur Seilbahn fahren sollte. Der hat die Haltestelle ausgelassen, fuhr vorbei und ist wohl direkt zur Seilbahn oder nach Hause gefahren... Der Versuch, mit dem Bus nach Bozen zu kommen endete damit, daß wir mit dem Auto gefahren sind, statt die ganze Strecke zu stehen. Und künftig nehmen wir lieber gleich das Auto!
 We drove from Seis to Brixen on 14.9.2018. The bus was jam-packed so that passengers could no longer get on the way (especially tragic for the locals who have to go to work with it). Delay a good 10 minutes. On the way back we waited in Seis bus station for bus 5, which should go to the cable car at 19:11. He skipped the stop, drove by and probably went straight to the cable car or home ... The attempt to get to Bozen by bus ended with us taking the car instead of standing the whole way. And in future we'd rather take the car!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollten heute mit unseren zwei Kinder von der Haltestelle Frommer zum Compatsch fahren. Nachdem der Bus trotz Winkens an uns vorbeigefahren ist probierten wir telefonisch nach einer Lösung zu finden.Uns wurde mitgeteilt das der Chef selber gefahren ist und angeblich niemanden gesehen hat. Andere Unternehmen bemühen sich einer Familie zu helfen.Nachdem wir schon jahrelang auf die Seiseralm fahrenund seit unseren Kindern öfters auf den Bus a angewiesen sind.Mussten wir heute leider die Erfahrungen machen das nicht nur die unfreundlichen Fahrer auf dieser Strecke unterwegs sind ,sondern auch das Unternehmen stark am Service arbeiten muss.
Wanted to drive from the Frommer stop to Compatsch with our two children today. After the bus drove past us, we tried to find a solution by phone, and we were told that the boss drove himself and supposedly didn't see anyone. Other companies are trying to help a family. After we have been driving to the Seiseralm for years and have often had to rely on bus a since our children. Unfortunately, today we had the experience that not only the unfriendly drivers are on this route, but also that Company has to work hard on service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlichster Busfahrer, den ich je erlebt habe. Trotz Buchung eines Fahrrads (FlixBus) hat er dieses nicht mitgenommen und ich musste teuer umbuchen. Selbst andere Fahrgäste konnten den Busfahrer, der wohl seine Macht ausspielen wollte, nicht davon überzeugen, das Rad dennoch mitzunehmen. Platz war mehr als ausreichend. Wird mir nicht wieder passieren, mit diesem Unternehmen zu fahren.
Unfriendly bus driver I've ever encountered. Despite booking a bike (FlixBus), he did not take it with me and I had to rebook expensive. Even other passengers could not convince the bus driver, who probably wanted to play his power, to take the bike with him. Space was more than adequate. Will not happen to me again to drive with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mezzi sono molto belli e l'autista molto bravo nella guida. Non ho dato più di 3 stelle perché nel viaggio da Bolzano a Graz (Austria) ero l'unico a indossare la mascherina. Sul sito assicurano il rispetto dei protocolli di sicurezza ma l'autista non indossa la mascherina e non chiede ai passeggeri di indossarla.
The vehicles are very nice and the driver very good in driving. I didn't give more than 3 stars because on the trip from Bolzano to Graz (Austria) I was the only one wearing a mask. On the site they ensure compliance with safety protocols but the driver does not wear a mask and does not ask passengers to wear it.

Great services, bad drivers, rude and very unpleasant. I repeat this every year and I have been coming here for 15 years. It seems the company is competing to hire the rudest drivers. Pity
