★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono entrata per la prima volta nel negozio all'interno dell'outlet perché avevo interesse e curiosità verso i prodotti ( cercavo una scarpa da acquistare) ma non sono riuscita a vedere neanche metà del negozio perché sono letteralmente scappata fuori. L'addetto alla vendita dopo il primo approccio non mi ha dato modo di girare liberamente perché molto opprimente, mi seguiva di continuo. Dopo la terza volta in cui ho risposto "grazie preferisco prima dare un'occhiata" lui non è stato capace di capire infatti mi sono infastidita e sono uscita.
Capisco l'attenzione al cliente ecc ma così è troppo...
I entered the shop inside the outlet for the first time because I was interested and curious about the products (I was looking for a shoe to buy) but I couldn't see even half of the shop because I literally ran out. The sales assistant after the first approach did not give me the opportunity to roam freely because it was very oppressive, he followed me constantly. After the third time I replied "thank you, I prefer to take a look first" he was unable to understand in fact I got annoyed and went out.
I understand the attention to the customer etc but this is too much ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono capitata domenica pomeriggio... è la prima volta che entro nel negozio senza acquistare niente.
Le commesse troppo presenti,pressanti al limite dell'indisponenza, non riesci a stare dentro a guardare gli articoli con tranquillità e dire che non c'era nemmeno così tanta gente da preoccuparsi per eventuali assembramenti.
Andata all'outlet proprio per il negozio dove tante altre volte ho acquistato, sono più di 5 anni che compro solo ed esclusivamente Skechers sia d'estate che inverno.
Peccato che la qualità degli articoli siano passati in secondo piano a causa del personale.
Premetto che non sono una che non conosce il mestiere, trent'anni fra' addetta alle vendite, store manager, e titolare di attività commerciale guarda caso proprio di calzature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato scarpe di questo marchio per la prima volta. Scarpe comodissime con suola in memory foam, buon assortimento di modelli sia da uomo che da donna. Non pensavo ma si trovano sia scarpe da tennis che scarpe più eleganti e anche modelli più specifici simil trekking (ovviamente non parliamo di scarpe tecniche ma per chi fa la camminata in montagna con la famiglia bastano e avanzano). I commessi sono gentili, disponibili e competenti e sanno consigliare in base alle esigenze. I prezzi sono mediamente inferiori del 30% rispetto al prezzo retail. Assolutamente da visitare quando si va al Serravalle outlet!
Purchased shoes of this brand for the first time. Very comfortable shoes with memory foam sole, good assortment of models for both men and women. I didn't think so but there are both tennis shoes and more elegant shoes and also more specific models similar to trekking (obviously we are not talking about technical shoes but for those who walk in the mountains with the family they are enough and advance). The clerks are kind, helpful and competent and know how to advise according to needs. Prices are on average 30% lower than the retail price. A must visit when you go to the Serravalle outlet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in questo negozio con la mia ragazza in occasione di una giornata all'Outlet di Serravalle. Il locale si trova nella parte nuova del complesso. L'interno è ampio e organizzato per esporre molti prodotti di calzature marchio Skechers per uomo e donna a prezzi scontati, soprattutto nel periodo dei saldi.
I went to this shop with my girlfriend on the occasion of a day at the Serravalle Outlet. The restaurant is located in the new part of the complex. The interior is large and organized to display many Skechers footwear products for men and women at discounted prices, especially during the sales period.
