È un mese che aspetto l'attivazione di una nuova linea Tim fisso, un mese di appuntamenti rimandati senza nemmeno una motivazione, senza nemmeno poter parlare con qualcuno se non col num verde della TIM. E stamattina, giorno di ennesimo APPUNTAMENTO DISATTESO, dopo sollecito a Tim, finalmente si fanno sentire PER RIPRENDERE UN NUOVO APPUNTAMENTO! È una vergogna, mi sento presa in giro. E la cosa peggiore è che non posso nemmeno attivare una linea con un altro operatore, perché essendo una nuova attivazione devono sempre e comunque intervenire prima loro. Ripeto: È UNA VERGOGNA!!! Cinque, CINQUE "tecnici" si sono susseguiti a casa mia per attivare due reti Fastweb (mai andate a buon fine) e una rete Wind che al momento, 18/12/2017, non funziona (hanno incrociato due fili e qualcuno usa la mia rete al posto mio). Segnalate il disservizio ai vostri gestori e chiedete che questa azienda venga sollevata da questi incarichi. Those who leave 5 stars can only be an employee. A	Alessio Miccoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, 2 appuntamenti presi e non si sono mai presentati, mi hanno chiamato una volta e il telefono ha squillato per 6 secondi dopodiché hanno chiuso, io non ho fatto in tempo a rispondere perché ero a lavoro e loro dopo quella tentata chiamata hanno bocciato la mia richiesta di intervento e non sono più venuti. È un mese che provo ad attivare una linea fastweb e loro fanno solo ostruzionismo. 1 stella é pure troppo Bad, 2 appointments made and they never showed up, they called me once and the phone rang for 6 seconds after which they closed, I didn't have time to answer because I was at work and after that attempted call they rejected the call. my request for intervention and they have not come anymore. G	Gianni Muscogiuri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina sono stati eseguiti dei lavori nel comune di Manduria e per esattezza in via 230 nella frazione di Uggiano Montefusco, un l'allaccio della fibra ad una antenna di un gestore telefonico, questi per risparmiare, invece di mettere una nuova canalina sul palo per coprire il nuovo cavo, hanno spostato quella esistente lasciano scoperti i cavi precedentemente coperti da quella canalina. Non è un comportamento corretto, per risparmiare due lire, naturalmente ho fotografato il tutto e mi rivolgerò a Telecom per far mettere in sicurezza il cavo lasciato alla balìa di eventuali vandali.
