P	Pierpaolo Raffaele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il marchio tryumph non è assolutamente messo in discussione bellissime moto ... Vi racconto in breve la mia esperienza con la concessionaria di Bari Modugno. Possiedo una tiger 800 del 2011 comprata privatamente ... la porto dal concessionario autorizzato tryumph per avere un parere e senza nemmeno provarla me la mandano in blocco se la tengono 3 gg e mi propongono una sfilza di interventi gli dico di fare il minimo necessario dandogli un budjet da me disponibile purché me la ridiano funzionante ... fatto sta che la ritiro chiedendogli un preventivo accurato che chiaramente non mi arriva e la moto invece va uguale a come andava prima ... a parte che non mi è arrivato alcun preventivo ma dopo avervi lasciato la moto e esservela tenuta 3 gg mi avevate chiesto 250 euro che ho rifiutato xke quando ho comprato la moto l'ho sentita e provata e non essendo uno sprovveduto ho ritenuto acquistarla... Il mio essere venuto in tryumph era xke dato che quel tipo di moto non la conoscevo volevo un parere da un ''esperto'' che conoscesse la moto e provando la mia potesse poi dirmi come la sentiva... invece l'avete solo messa in moto e portata dietro in officina ''tragitto che si poteva fare anche a piedi'' E tanto chiedere ad un concessionario specifico di provare la moto? I take it from the authorized tryumph dealer to get an opinion and without even trying it they send it to me in bulk if they keep it for 3 days and they offer me a series of interventions I tell them to do the minimum necessary by giving them a budjet available from me as long as they give it back to me working ... the fact is that I collect it by asking for an accurate quote that clearly does not reach me and the motorbike instead goes the same as it was before ... apart from that I have not received a quote but after leaving the bike and keeping it for 3 days you had asked me for 250 euros which I refused xke when I bought the bike I heard and tried it and not being an unwary I decided to buy it. .. My coming in tryumph was xke since I didn't know that type of bike I wanted an opinion from an '' expert '' who knew the bike and trying mine could then tell me how he felt it ... instead you just put it by motorbike and brought to the workshop "journey that could be done on foot" So much to ask a specific dealer to test the bike?

Mi è stato detto che il problema era stato risolto, ma la moto mi è stata riconsegnata con un problema ancora più grave e l’unica soluzione che mi hanno proposto al momento è praticamente inutile. Hanno effettuato letteralmente un lavoro da cani e vorrei poter allegare delle fotografie. L’incompetenza e la poca professionalità che hanno dimostrato non me la sarei per niente aspettata considerando il livello della marca. Pensavo di poter dormire tranquillo essendomi rivolto a coloro considerati “esperti” Triumph... inutile dire che la delusione è stata doppia, proprio per questo motivo. An absolutely disappointing experience! I contacted them about a problem with my motorcycle (purchased by them). I was told that the problem had been solved, but the bike was returned to me with an even more serious problem and the only solution they have proposed to me at the moment is practically useless. They literally did a dog job and I wish I could attach photos. I would not have expected the incompetence and lack of professionalism that they showed at all considering the level of the brand. I thought I could sleep peacefully having addressed those considered Triumph "experts" ... needless to say, the disappointment was double, for this very reason.

Voto 10 !!! Purchased Trident 660, my first motorcycle. I was treated with white gloves. Order, cleanliness and education by everyone in the dealership. Vote 10 !!!

Ho richiesto degli accessori ed erano già disponibili in magazzino. Excellent dealership, always available with all customers. Present all Triumph models. Ho raggiunto questa concessionaria per il test drive della street scrambler e il personale é stato molto d'aiuto in informazioni e quant'altro. Facilmente raggiungibile da bitonto e da modugno. Ovviamente sono moto che costano però queste fanno concorrenza alla Ducati. sono delle moto non da tutti che se ti puoi permettere, mostrano di essere appartenente ad una fetta di mercato che ha stile e che sa quello che vuole. C'è anche l'officina autorizzata. Moto fantastiche From the photos you can understand how this dealership is equipped with the newest Naked road, Enduro and Cafè Race models. Obviously they are bikes that cost but these compete with Ducati. they are not everyone's bikes that if you can afford them, they show that they belong to a slice of the market that has style and knows what it wants. There is also the authorized workshop. Fantastic bikes
S	Stefan Reinfried on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was für ein Service, war auf der Durchreise zum überprüfen meiner bremsbeläge dort, ohne Termin, wurde sofort zur Werkstatt gebracht, nach 15 Minuten kam der Monteur und zeigte mir das alles gut ist. Dann fragte ich nach der Rechnung und die Antwort war nur alles gut und möchtest du noch einen Kaffee. Danke an das Team, es ist eben gut eine triumph zu fahren.
