Mi dispiace che le commesse dalla Silvia alla Enrica dalla Sara alla Danila nn ci sono più. Nn so se in futuro sarò ancora vostro cliente. Mi piace instaurare un rapporto di fiducia e purtroppo cambiate troppe commesse. Sarà una strategia aziendale ma nn mi piace. Auguri

Mi sono recato presso questo negozio per comprare 2 abiti per un matrimonio ma la commessa che ci ha seguiti non era né informata sui prodotti nemmeno era al corrente degli sconti !
Le ho fatto un paio di domande e mi ha semplicemente risposto dicendo che il mio modo di pormi era inopportuno secondo lei... Solo perché le ho chiesto se lavoro che stavo provando aveva il 30% di sconto come riportava sul cartellino.... Siccome non era ben informata, inizialmente mi ha detto " perché mai dovrebbe avere uno sconto l'abito " ma dopo il controllo in cassa mi ha dovuto dare ragione e mi ha risposto molto male !
A quel punto, ho deciso di non comprare da loro e mi sono recato in un altro negozio per il mio acquisto di 2 abiti....
Capisco che era una domenica ma non si può trattare male un cliente che vuole comprare ....
Meglio acquistare altrove per essere seguiti come si deve

I went to this shop to buy 2 dresses for a wedding but the saleswoman who followed us was neither informed about the products nor was she aware of the discounts!
I asked her a couple of questions and she simply replied saying that my way of thinking was inappropriate in her opinion ... Just because I asked her if the job I was trying had a 30% discount as reported on the tag .... Since she was not well informed, she initially said "why should the dress have a discount" but after checking the cashier she had to give me reason and she replied very badly!
At that point, I decided not to buy from them and I went to another shop for my purchase of 2 clothes ....
I understand it was a Sunday but you can't treat a customer who wants to buy badly ....
Better to buy elsewhere to be followed properly

Fatta questa necessaria premessa, in periodo di saldi l'unica commessa presente in negozio assume espressioni allibite quando le si chiede se le cravatte hanno qualche sconto. Risposta: sì. Domanda: quanto? Risposta: dipende dalla cravatta. Obiezione: quindi io per conoscere il prezzo di un prodotto devo chiederlo a lei? Le faccio notare che ho aspettato dieci minuti che si liberasse.. Risposta: ti prendi da bravo quelle che ti piacciono e me le porti in cassa.
Considerazioni: a parte che non mi risulta di essere un suo compagno di scorribande e dunque sarebbe bene che non s'allargasse, esprimo l'invito a prendere lei stessa le cravatte, ad arrotolarle ben bene e ad infilarle con cura e senza indugio alcuno nell'apposita loro collocazione

Unpolite staff. They didn't change a sweater size because it was on sale (and the sizes were on display and available). I do not recommend this shop, take a few more miles to go towards the professionalism of the people
