★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comune pesto nella bassa collina, in una vallata. Rivvo di verde e, come tutti i comuni dei nebrodi, di belle tradizioni. La politica specie quella degli anni 90/90 è stata lungimirante r quindi tutte le abitazioni e le conyrade sono raggiungibili in auto e dotate di acqua , luce e molto spesso di linee telefoniche fisse. Questo ha consentito di evitare, grazie anche ad ottimi e rapidi collegamenti viari, di evitare lo spopolamento che ha afflitto i comuni viciniori. È l'ideale per trascorrere una vacanza in collina godendo delle splendide spiagge che distano solo qualche minuto di macchina.
