Vi lascio immaginare tutto il resto :-) The starter, both raw and cooked, is always a wonderful surprise of taste and color and if it is the appetizer ... I let you imagine everything else :-)

Entrambi davvero squisiti. Come il secondo piatto abbiamo preso l’agnello arrostito, pure questa pietanza meravigliosa. Torniamo appena saremo nella zona!! Lo staff stremente gentile e professionale e i prezzi ottimi. Davvero 5* The EXCELLENT dining experience ? We ate 2 types of first courses, Nebrodi pig pasta and eggplant rolls pasta. Both really exquisite. As the second dish we took roasted lamb, this wonderful dish too. Let's go back as soon as we are in the area !! The extremely kind and professional staff and excellent prices. Really 5 *

Primi dai sapori antichi e dimenticati, secondi semplici ma irrinunciabili ma sopratutto un trionfo di antipasti che celebrano il profumo ed il gusto di quella parte della nostra Sicilia. Vino locale all'altezza e prezzo una piacevole sorpresa. Sinatra, a delightful town nestled in the mountains overlooking Brolo, hides a real pearl in the alleys with a medieval flavor. a very family-run establishment that offers a menu not to be missed. First with ancient and forgotten flavors, simple but essential seconds but above all a triumph of appetizers that celebrate the scent and taste of that part of our Sicily. Local wine at a good price and a pleasant surprise.
