Ho provato anche una coppetta gelato nocciola (fatta con le nocciole di Sinagra), pistacchio e panna, davvero buona. I miei figli hanno preso 2 brioches con gelato, abituati a quelle di Palermo dove il gelato è messo a palettate non erano il massimo esteticamente; meglio la coppetta con la brioches a parte.
Excellent granita with fig and pistachio taste, very thick cream is a show on the palate. I also tried a hazelnut ice cream cup (made with Sinagra hazelnuts), pistachio and cream, really good. My children took 2 brioches with ice cream, accustomed to those of Palermo where the ice cream was placed on the blades were not the best aesthetically; better the cup with the croissants aside.
