Finché acquisti l'auto tutto okay, ma quando richiedi assistenza fanno passare mesi prima di aggiustarti un problemino all'auto che dovrebbe passare in garanzia. Più di una volta ho segnalato vari problemi e al momento dell'appuntamento in officina me ne hanno sistemato uno soltanto.
E qualche volta i problemi sono ritornati, pur essendo un centro assistenza autorizzato.
Assolutamente disorganizzati.
Bad experience.
As long as you buy the car everything is okay, but when you ask for assistance they take months to fix a problem with the car that should go under warranty. More than once I have reported various problems and at the time of the appointment at the workshop they only fixed one of them.
And sometimes the problems returned, despite being an authorized service center.
Absolutely disorganized.
