Lunedì mattina ho contattato la concessionaria per visionare una vettura, ho confermato l’appuntamento per sabato nella mattinata. Mi è stato confermato l’appuntamento e come da accordi sabato mi sono presentato. Al mio arrivo la vettura era già stata venduta ad un’altra persona.
Considerando il fatto che ho percorso 200 km per andare a vedere il mezzo e di conseguenza 200 km per tornare a casa, mi chiedo come un posto così, possa ancora operare se il comportamento che i gestori hanno nei confronti delle persone sia questo. Zero serietà. Sconsigliatissimo. Delusione allo stato puro.
In concessionaria non mi sono esposto solo perché, in quanto persona rispettosa, c’erano altri clienti all’interno del “salone”.
Non ho parole.

Monday morning I contacted the dealership to view a car, I confirmed the appointment for Saturday in the morning. I was confirmed the appointment and as agreed on Saturday I presented myself. Upon my arrival the car had already been sold to another person.
Considering the fact that I have traveled 200 km to get to see the point, and consequently 200 km to go home, I wonder how such a place, can still operate if the behavior that managers have towards people is this. Zero seriousness. Sconsigliatissimo. Pure disappointment.
At the dealership I didn't just show up because, as a respectful person, there were other customers in the "salon".
I have no words.
