Per il mio bagno padronale ho scelto le lastre della linea Selection color cremo delicato (allego foto). Sono rimasta così contenta che ho acquistato nuovamente da loro i rivestimenti per il secondo bagno e non vedo l'ora di vederli posati.

For my master bathroom, I chose the slabs of the Selection line, cremo delicate color (photo attached). I was so happy that I purchased the coverings for the second bathroom from them again and I can't wait to see them laid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non farò commenti sull'intera gamma di prodotti perchè ne conosco solo uno: il modello Hurricane Rivestimento. Non so se il problema sia stato un difetto di produzione o è un loro standard...ma io ho avuto seri problemi durante la posa, effettuata da un posatore professionista. Piastrelle fragilissime che si rompono e scheggiano come niente, le tagli le metti in posa, metti i distanziali e quando li togli si sbeccano! Un incubo, una settimana di lavoro per rivestire un bagnetto, e ora mi trovo tanti punti con le scheggiature. Per non parlare di quelle trovate rotte dentro scatole intatte. Le piastrelle sono bellissime, tanto che le ho scelte tra centinaia di prodotti per la loro bellezza...ma non le ricomprerei mai più! Contattata l'Azienda, sia direttamente sia tramite il rivenditore dove le ho acquistate, la risposta è stata che loro non c'entrano nulla con le piastrelle tirate fuori rotte da scatole intatte e nemmeno con le scheggiature...Bene, ottimo servizio clienti... Disponibile a fornire foto se necessario.
I will not comment on the entire range of products as I know of only one: the Hurricane Upholstery model. I don't know if the problem was a production defect or is their standard ... but I had serious problems during the installation, carried out by a professional installer. Very fragile tiles that break and chip like nothing, you cut them and put them in place, you put on the spacers and when you remove them they will chip! A nightmare, a week of work to cover a baby bath, and now I find myself so many spots with chips. Not to mention those found broken inside intact boxes. The tiles are beautiful, so much so that I have chosen them from hundreds of products for their beauty ... but I would never buy them again! Contacted the company, either directly or through the retailer where I bought them, the answer was that they have nothing to do with the broken tiles pulled out of intact boxes or even with the chips ... Well, great customer service. .. Available to provide photos if needed.
