Ma quando si rompe la stanghetta di una serratura (si scoprirΓ piΓΉ tardi che il fermo dell'asta era stato montato in modo sbagliato) il loro servizio dopovendita Γ¨ proprio inesistente: ti dicono che verrΓ inviato il ricambio, non succede niente, poi ti dicono che l'hanno inviato, e ancora niente. Quando li chiami, ti dicono che verrai richiamato, e... non succede niente.

Beautiful furniture, which look like "prestigious". But when the lock of a lock is broken (it will be discovered later that the stop of the auction had been mounted incorrectly) their after-sales service is really non-existent: they tell you that the spare will be sent, nothing happens, then they tell you who sent him, and still nothing. When you call them, they tell you that you will be called back, and ... nothing happens.
