Dopo avermi montato un armadio nuovo (del costo di varie migliaia di euro) in una casa non abitata, dopo qualche mese e dopo aver aperto l'armadio sì e no 10 volte un'anta è uscita fuori binario. Al momento del montaggio mi avevano detto che sarebbe stata necessaria una successiva regolazione dopo un periodo di assestamento dell'armadio. Già il montaggio iniziale non è stato dei migliori dato che già qualche problemino lo presentava, ma dato che poi sarebbe stata necessaria una successiva regolazione ho lasciato perdere. Quando ho chiamato per chiedere l'intervento per la sistemazione dell'anta, non ho loro fatto fretta dato che ancora non abitavo nella casa ed ho aspettato che venissero a fare un'altra consegna in zona in modo da non arrecare loro troppo disturbo. Fatto sta che dopo qualche settimana sono venuti e mi hanno fatto pagare 50 euro per l'intervento. Morale della storia, ho ancora praticamente tutta la casa da arredare ma qui non ci metterò più piede. Shop that does not provide after sales assistance. Ci siamo trovati molto bene sia in fase di progettazione che nella scelta dei vari mobili ed accessori con la Sig.ra Marilena che con la sua esperienza ha saputo progettare al meglio le disposizioni degli arredi da noi scelti nei vari locali. Confermato il tutto abbiamo anche ricevuto un buonissimo sconto (reale) sul totale, perché arredo completo. Dopo circa 50 gg, siamo stati contattati per fissare la data di consegna. Puntuali rispetto alla data concordata sono venuti a montare tutti i mobili. Anche in questa fase i montatori hanno lavorato molto bene; abbiamo notato un saper fare molto evidente, massima precisione ed organizzazione. Ho scritto questa positiva recensione perché secondo il mio parere in Gradassi Passion sono dei professionisti che sanno lavorare molto bene, sanno come trattare il cliente e soprattutto sanno lavorare con l'arredo ed il design e a prezzi onesti. Abbiamo girato un po' prima di scegliere Gradassi Passion e a nostro parere abbiamo fatto la scelta giusta. Recommended by a friend, we bought the complete furniture for our new apartment. We found ourselves very well both in the design phase and in the choice of the various furniture and accessories with Mrs. Marilena who, with her experience, was able to better design the arrangements of the furnishings we chose in the various rooms. Once everything was confirmed, we also received a very good (real) discount on the total, because it was fully furnished. After about 50 days, we were contacted to fix the delivery date. On time with respect to the agreed date they came to assemble all the furniture. Also in this phase the editors worked very well; we noticed a very evident know-how, maximum precision and organization. I wrote this positive review because in my opinion in Gradassi Passion are professionals who know how to work very well, they know how to treat the customer and above all they know how to work with furniture and design and at honest prices. We walked around a bit before choosing Gradassi Passion and in our opinion we made the right choice.
