Ho ricevuto sin da subito l’impressione di grande affidabilità e competenza. Il sig. Federico mi ha saputo consigliare per il meglio, mostrandomi tutte le opzioni disponibili. Mi aveva promesso che il divano sarebbe stato consegnato entro il 31 dicembre 2019, il desiderato oggetto è stato consegnato il 23 dicembre, non ci avrei mai creduto!!! Una parola la voglio spendere infine per chi ha effettuato la consegna, un operatore gentile e disponibile. Sono molto soddisfatto della scelta fatta. Consigliato!!! Mr. Federico was able to advise me for the best, showing me all the available options. He promised me that the sofa would be delivered by December 31, 2019, the desired object was delivered on December 23, I would never have believed it !!! Finally, I want to say a word to those who made the delivery, a kind and helpful operator. I am very satisfied with the choice made. Recommended!!!
N	Nicola Galdi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato appositamente in questo negozio per comprare un divano, dopo aver controllato gli orari sul sito 15.30-19.30 che già mi sembrano vergognosi per una esposizione di mobili dato che rendono impossibile visitare il negozio a chi lavora di pomeriggio e quando sono arrivato trovo tutto spento e un biglietto con scritto chiuso per ferie fino al 16 agosto! Dopo il lock down ed un orario ridicolo quasi da dipendente pubblico, vi potete permettere di stare anche in ferie? Lamentiamoci poi che gli affari non vanno e che i clienti non si vedono, io il divano l'ho comprato dalla concorrenza, che oggi era aperta, voi il cliente l'avete perso. Continuate pure così, vedrete che le ferie le potrete continuare anche ben oltre il mese di agosto. I went specifically to this shop to buy a sofa, after checking the hours on the site 15.30-19.30 which already seem shameful to me for a furniture exhibition as it makes it impossible for those who work in the afternoon to visit the shop and when I arrived I find everything off and a closed ticket for holidays until August 16! After the lock down and a ridiculous schedule almost as a civil servant, can you afford to stay even on vacation? Let's complain then that business is not going well and that customers are not seen, I bought the sofa from the competition, which was open today, you have lost the customer. Go on like this, you will see that you can continue your holidays well beyond the month of August.

Dal 4 maggio 2019 ancora non mi hanno consegnato il divano.....consegna prevista entro 60 giorni (4 luglio). Ho fatto numerose telefonate per sentirmi ripetere sempre le stesse cose.....dipende da Milano. Come da clausole, chiaramente a pro loro, aspetterò ulteriori 3 mesi LAVORATIVI dopo di che potrò riottenere quello che ho versato!!!!! Per me si chiude qui. Sicuramente non comprerò più niente. I made numerous phone calls to always hear the same things again ..... it depends on Milan. As per the clauses, clearly for them, I will wait another 3 months WORKING after which I can get back what I paid !!!!! For me it closes here. I certainly won't buy anything anymore. Before ordering, think about it.
T	Teresa Puca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo affidati a Chateau d'Ax per l'acquisto del tavolo e delle sedie per la nostra nuova casa ed è stata un'odissea. Ordinato il tutto nei primi dieci giorni di Ottobre 2019 e pagato subito l'acconto ci avevano assicurato che il tavolo sarebbe arrivato a fine Novembre o al massimo nei primi giorni di Dicembre. Arrivati a Dicembre chiamiamo per avere informazioni sulle consegne e ci rispondono dicendo che il tavolo era arrivato, ma non si sa per colpa di chi, il corriere aveva trovato il magazzino chiuso e quindi era tornato a Milano. Abbiamo spiegato che avevamo programmato il pranzo di Natale nella nostra nuova casa e che il tavolo era fondamentale, ci hanno quindi rassicurato dicendoci che si sarebbero informati e che da lì a Natale il corriere sarebbe certamente ritornato per la consegna del tavolo. Ovviamente non è stato così. Una settimana prima di Natale abbiamo richiamato e ci è stato detto che i corrieri avrebbero terminato di lavorare e avrebbero ripreso il 7 Gennaio. Chiamiamo il 7 gennaio per capire i tempi ma ancora nulla.. il nostro tavolo ci è stato consegnato a fine Gennaio! Non mi prolunga ulteriormente sulle risposte e su come ci siamo sentiti presi in giro da quest'azienda che non è stata affidabile e a cui non ci affidereremo sicuramente in futuro. Concludo dicendo che il resto dell'arredamento è stato ordinato presso altri marchi e che tutti hanno rispettato i tempi di consegna previsti. We relied on Chateau d'Ax to purchase the table and chairs for our new home and it was an odyssey. Ordered everything in the first ten days of October 2019 and paid the deposit immediately they had assured us that the table would arrive in late November or at the latest in the first days of December. Arriving in December, we call for information on deliveries and they answer us saying that the table had arrived, but it is not known for whom, the courier had found the warehouse closed and therefore had returned to Milan. We explained that we had planned Christmas lunch in our new home and that the table was essential, so they reassured us by telling us that they would inquire and that from there on Christmas the courier would certainly return for the delivery of the table. Obviously it was not so. A week before Christmas we called back and were told that the couriers would stop working and resume on January 7th. We call on January 7 to understand the times but still nothing .. our table was delivered to us at the end of January! It does not extend me further on the answers and on how we felt fooled by this company which has not been reliable and which we will certainly not rely on in the future. I conclude by saying that the rest of the furniture has been ordered from other brands and that all have respected the expected delivery times.

Come altri confermo i ritardi nella consegna, il mio ordine infatti è stato consegnato solo parzialmente. L'ordine fatto a metà Aprile, giorno più giorno meno, ad oggi 16/09/2019 risulta evaso solo parzialmente, e ad oggi ancora non ho la data di consegna del restante ordine che comprende armadio di camera e mobile del soggiorno. Probabilmente andremo a inizio ottobre ma niente di preciso. Dalla sede di Milano non riesco ad avere risposte certe relative alla mia consegna e mi trovo perso, in balia del caso, con una casa piena di scatolini ormai da diversi mesi. La frustrazione è tale da non volere quasi più i mobili ordinati. Ho avuto a che fare con concorrenti in questo campo che mi hanno consegnato alcuni arrendamenti,ad esempio la cucina, entro 30 giorni dall'ordine ed altri prima del 30esimo giorno. Mi chiedo come si possibile aspettare 5 mesi per due mobili, seppur vero fatti su misura, ma comunque stiamo parlando sempre di un noto marchio nel settore e non di una piccola bottega sotto casa. Spero di ricevere una risposta precisa e circoscritta come sono stati i miei pagamenti fatti fino ad oggi. Cordiali saluti. AGGIORNAMENTO 24/01/2022 A distanza di due anni ecco le sedie che fine stanno facendo ( 150 euro l'una) Inoltre segnalo la pessima qualità anche del letto che dopo due anni circa, non si chiude perché è saltata una saldatura. Despite the willingness and courtesy of employees in answering emails and phone calls, the opinion of this brand is profoundly negative. Like others I confirm the delivery delays, my order was in fact only partially delivered. The order placed in mid-April, day plus day less, as of today 09/16/2019 is only partially processed, and to date I still do not have the delivery date of the remaining order which includes bedroom closet and living room furniture. We will probably go in early October but nothing specific. From the Milan office I can't get certain answers regarding my delivery and I find myself lost, at the mercy of chance, with a house full of boxes for several months now. The frustration is such that he hardly wants the furniture to be ordered anymore. I have had to deal with competitors in this field who have given me some surrenders, for example the kitchen, within 30 days of the order and others before the 30th day. I wonder how it is possible to wait 5 months for two pieces of furniture, even if it is truly made to measure, but in any case we are always talking about a well-known brand in the sector and not a small shop under the house. I hope to receive a precise and limited answer as my payments have been made up to now. Best regards.
