wurde für eine beschädigung zur kasse gebeten den wir nicht verusacht haben,bei rückfrage an die vermieterin wurde wir stur abgeblockt.für uns sehr unseriös,da wir um eine rechnung gebeten haben die wir nicht bekommen haben,es wurde einfach eine summe in den raum gestellt.ebenso sind die preise für diese anlage sehr überteuert.
für uns ein grund obwohl wir 20 jahre lang dort urlaub gemacht haben dort nie wieder hinzugehen.

We were asked to pay for a damage which we did not cause, when we asked the landlady we were stubbornly blocked. Very dubious for us, as we asked for an invoice that we did not receive, a sum was simply put in the room The prices for this system are also very overpriced.
A reason for us, even though we have been on vacation there for 20 years, never to go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ App Corallo: Gerne kommen wir wieder. Die Ausstattung hat uns gefallen und entsprach den Fotos. Balkon mit schönem Ausblick auf den Yachthafen und gut möbliert. Im Sommer bestimmt TOP. Zusätzlicher Balkon am Schlafzimmer mit Blick über die Felder zum Gebirge. Schlüsselübergabe war einfach. Die Dame sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Die Gas-Heizung funktioniert flott aber man hört sie auch dadurch. Das Bad ist ein schmaler Schlauch, aber alles neu. Einmal mussten wir die Warmwassergastherme aus/einschalten (Reset), damit diese wieder funktionierte. Küche wie die gesamte Wohnung sehr sauber. Eine Mikrowelle wäre noch praktisch sowie Topper fürs Bett. Für mich waren die harten Matratzen wundervoll, meinem Mann sind die Arme eingeschlafen. Leider war das Haus im Dezember außer uns wohl leer, daher roch der Abfluss im Bad deutlich, aber dafür kann niemand was.
Noch ein praktischer Hinweis: Man muss neben Bettwäsche und Hand-/Geschirrtücher auch Müllbeutel, Spülmittel, Spülschwamm und Toilettenpapier mitbringen. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt reicht ja eine kleine Menge, die es so gar nicht zu kaufen gibt. Vor Ort ein Putzeimer, Wischmopp und Seifenlauge sowie ein Kehrschaufelset wären hilfreich gewesen. Besen war ja da :-)
App Corallo: We will be happy to come back. We liked the equipment and corresponded to the photos. Balcony with a beautiful view of the marina and well furnished. In the summer, TOP. Additional balcony at the bedroom with a view over the fields to the mountains. Handing over the keys was easy. The lady very friendly and helpful. Very good knowledge of German. The gas heater works briskly but you can also hear it. The bathroom is a narrow hose, but everything is new. Once we had to switch the hot water gas heater off / on (reset) so that it worked again. Kitchen like the whole apartment very clean. A microwave would still be practical and a topper for the bed. The hard mattresses were wonderful for me, my husband's arms fell asleep. Unfortunately, in December the house was probably empty except for us, so the drain in the bathroom smelled clearly, but nobody can do anything for it.
Another practical note: In addition to bed linen and hand / dish towels, you also have to bring garbage bags, detergent, sponge and toilet paper. For a short stay, a small amount is enough that is not available for sale. A cleaning bucket, mop and soapy water and a dustpan set would have been helpful on site. Broom was there :-)
