★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza a dir poco negativa, al momento delle presentazioni e di acquisire un cliente sono premurosi, gentili, disponibili e cortesi.... ma una volta stipulato il contratto, lasciate ogni speranza di poter essere seguiti nei passi successivi. Assistenza post vendita inefficiente, risposte a quesiti evasive e con tempi biblici, se sorgono problemi di qualsiasi tipo, organizzatevi e fate da soli, sicuramente farete molto prima e meglio di quanto vi promettono loro. Soggettivo, ma per me esperienza molto negartiva, scarsa professionalità e responsabilità, almeno delle persone con cui sono venuto a contatto.
Experience to say the least negative, at the moment of the introductions and of acquiring a customer they are caring, kind, helpful and courteous .... but once the contract is signed, leave all hope of being able to be followed in the next steps. Inefficient after-sales assistance, answers to evasive questions and with biblical times, if problems of any kind arise, organize yourself and do it yourself, you will surely do much sooner and better than they promise you. Subjective, but for me a very negative experience, lack of professionalism and responsibility, at least of the people I came into contact with.
