Non solo non sono precisi con gli.... ma mi mandano anche una mail per capire perché non mi sono presentato..... che band e sciem... Le rate sono sempre state pagate seppur con un leggero ritardo a causa di liquidità a fine mese. Siamo stati contattati svariate volte per pagare le rate al 15 del mese nonostante fatto presente che era impossibile pagare il 15 per il motivo sopracitato... fattostà che ora bisogna pagare le varie more causate dai ritardi.... anche se LE RATE SONO STATE SEMPRE E RIPETO SEMPRE PAGATE! Spilorci e Brutte persone! MAI PIU CON LA VOSTRA COMPAGNIA!!!!!!!!! I am reviewing what happened .... Financing on the 15th of each month imposed with your company. Ti fanno firmare un contratto con un'assicurazione (metlife) e ti dicono che ti copre in caso di morte o perdita involontaria di lavoro... Quello che non ti dicono è che se perdi il lavoro l'assicurazione ti copre solo se il contratto che avevi in essere era a tempo indeterminato e se è per giustificato motivo oggettivo (quasi impossibile che si verifichi) in più non ti copre l'intero importo... Quindi state attenti quando andate in filiale perché omettono questi dettagli e potreste ritrovarvi in balia di chiamate, mail e SMS tutti i giorni più volte al giorno... Nemmeno durante una pandemia si sono fermati! Tra l'altro fatto un accodamento e non è andato a buon fine la prima volta perché le richieste (dicono) sono state troppe e il problema loro me lo sono dovuto caricare io con spese in più... Alcune delle rate sono state pagate con un lieve ritardo, per il quale l'istituto ha prontamente incaricato agenzie di recupero crediti che mi hanno martellato continuamente, senza che abbia ricevuto antecedentemente alcuna comunicazione scritta che mi intimasse la regolarizzazione, COME CONTRATTUALMENTE PREVISTO.. Oggi 14/03/2022 ho ricevuto l'ennesima chiamata dal recupero crediti, anche a fronte di estratti conto che riportavano la regolare chiusura dei prestiti. Ho telefonato alla agenzia di zona che mi ha confermato il pagamento di quanto dovuto ma alla quale risultava l'incarico dato alla recupero crediti.STATE ATTENTI...
