Zero assistance. If you call, they bounce you from one colleague to another without solving the problem. I have had to resolve a death case for 8 months and nobody can help me.

I've been trying to contact someone by phone for 4 days and nobody ever answers. Even at 5.30pm they tell me it's closed. NO SUCH SITUATION IS POSSIBLE

They make advantageous online credit simulations, fill in the file and DO NOT RECEIVE ANSWER. So you go to the branch and obviously the conditions are different.
