★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good and cozy place to stay in Siena. I have travelled a lot to Siena but i've always found very ugly and ancient hotels without any care of the details (at the same price and higher of this one). This is for sure the best B&B in Siena: modern, minimal, clean, comfortable and in the heart of the city. Personnel is nice and friendly.
Anyway, i'm giving "only" 4 stars because:
- the breakfast is only served in high frequentation periods (this is what the receptionist told me but it is ok, there are a lot of bar nearby)
- it would have been appreciated to find slippers (even crappy and cheap, but at least a pair) and laundry bag (to use to put own dirty stuff to bring back home)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The location is great, you are right in the centre of town. The apartment was quite although this may be because we were the only ones staying at the time...... Negative: The room was very dark and basic. It’s fine for a night but I wouldn’t use it for a stay on multiple nights... lacks character I guess..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Location is great, 5 min walk from Il Campo. Is on the fourth (fifth US) floor, but there is an elevator. Room was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
