★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is too much!!!!! Really dissapointed! If you have a debit card, they will charge you 30 EUR per day, even if it is paid everything. I didn´t want to pay 120 EUR extra just for having different card. When I was renting a car there was nothing special about the card. So when I refused to pay extra money, they told me I will not get my money back because I agreed with the conditions while paying. Soo terrible! Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total fraud, get rid of this company! Any other rent a car will be much cheaper.
Once you give them your card details, you will receive charges for fines that do not exist. They will never justify those charges and will never reply your messages. The financial institution will not refund the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a car with this company for my wedding in Italy. Upon arrival, I told to the rude man I didn't want any problem since I was there for my wedding and he ensured me several times that my contract included accidental coverage (I even came back to the airport to make sure this was sorted).
On the last day, I returned my car and honestly reported that there was a minor damage at the front of the car, caused by a third party on my wedding day.
He quickly run to get his camera and asked me to stay at the desk without leaving. When I asked what I had to do he replied "next time pay for the insurance so you won't have this problem" with a big smile on his face, in front of a big queue.
I was charged €945 and left (I really hope you will use this money to cure a bad illness).
I tried to email the company several times but they didn't reply, I know that they will answer this review with their usual template. Sadly, this is how things work.
I always used Autovia (Gianni has always been extremely polite) and never had any issue with them. The prices can be slightly more expensive, but there is no surprises at the end.
Stay away from them!
