Hanno definito dei graffi sul cerchio come un danno da 300 euro…ovviamente in buona fede uno non fa la foto a quel piccolo dettaglio quando affitta la macchina quindi è impossibile poi provare che il danno c’era già…Controllate bene la macchina e segnate tutto al ritiro con foto di qualunque micro dettaglio. ❌❌❌❌Scammers! They defined some scratches on the rim as a damage of 300 euros ... obviously in good faith one does not take a picture of that small detail when renting the car so it is impossible to prove that the damage was already there ... Einige Tage später bekomme ich eine Mail von Avis mit einem angeblichen Schaden am Auto. Höhe der Rechnung 360 Euro! Lächerlich! Das ist reine Abzocke!! Einfach dreist und unverschämt. Das war gar nicht wahr!! Allerdings kommt man wohl nicht gegen an! Was eigentlich nicht richtig ist, da der Nachweis fehlt. Der Wagen stand ja auch einen Tag am Flughafen. Da kann viel geschehen!! Vorsicht!! immer eine Videoaufnahme beim Entgegennehmen und beim Zurückbringen machen, damit man einen Nachweis hat!! We returned the car on a Sunday. The rental was closed so we should drop the key. A few days later I get an email from Avis with alleged damage to the car. The amount of the invoice is 360 euros! Ridiculous! This is a rip off! Just bold and outrageous. That wasn't true at all !! However, you will probably not come against! Which is actually not correct because there is no evidence. The car was parked at the airport for one day. A lot can happen there !! Attention!! always make a video recording when receiving and when returning, so that you have proof!
a	andrea gasparetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guasto meccanico con possibilità di avere in affitto una macchina per tre giorni consegnata dopo 2 giorni tutto ok tutto ok e mi trovo 150 euro prese dalla Avis senza sapere il motivo e senza che nessuno mi ha detto niente..... stiamo scherzando ma questo personale e addestrato per i clienti o per rubare i soldi..... Mechanical failure with the possibility of renting a car for three days delivered after 2 days all ok all ok and I find myself 150 euros taken by Avis without knowing the reason and without anyone telling me anything ..... we're kidding but this staffed and trained for customers or to steal money .....

Pessima gestione e considerazione del cliente a partire dalla responsabile nella persona di Anna Lisa. Purtroppo gli atteggiamenti di spocchiosa superbia subita (a giuducare dalle recenzioni non solo da me) evidenziano bassissima professionalita' e si riflettono nell'immagine che l'azienda offre ai suoi clienti. Spero di non avere MAI piu' a che fare con AVIS e men che meno con certo tipo di personale. Negative assessment due to AVIS personnel Falconara Airport AN. La ragazza al banco voleva addebitarmi 193 eur per dei graffi sui cerchioni delle ruote, ho chiamato ufficio Avis di Trento che fortunatamente ha chiarito il tutto anche perché si vedeva perfettamente che erano molto vecchi e già presenti quando avevo ritirato la vettura. Attenzione ragazzi se lasciate l'auto all'aeroporto di Ancona e trovate questa ragazza saranno dolori sicuramente vi troverà qualcosa per alleggerirvi il portafoglio....servizio pessimo mi dispiace solo per Avis con cui noleggio auto da tantissimi anni e mi sono trovato sempre benissimo I take a ford focus in Trento to return to Ancona and leave it at the Avis airport of Falconara M.
