★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho noleggiato in Ancona la settimana di ferragosto e nonostante il periodo di alta stagione e la fila presente a banco ho ricevuto un servizio eccellente. L'auto corrispondeva alla prenotazione fatta e le ragazze che ho trovato sia al ritiro che al mio rientro sono state super cordiali e professionali.
I rented in Ancona the week of August and despite the high season and the queue at the counter, I received excellent service. The car matched the booking made and the girls I found both on pickup and on my return were super friendly and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho noleggiato con il mio ragazzo una macchina per andare al mare a Senigallia . la macchina era carina non aveva dei grossi danni ma l'abbiamo controllata insieme perché avevo notato un graffio che non c'era scritto e lei lo ha segnato sul contratto senza farmi storie quando siamo rientrati. io comunque per sicurezza ho fatto la foto. comunque lo staff è molto gentile sopratutto la ragazza che mi ha indicato un ristorante dove si mangia da dio!!!!!

I rented a car with my boyfriend to go to the beach in Senigallia. the car was nice it had no major damage but we checked it together because I noticed a scratch that wasn't written on it and she marked it on the contract without fussing me when we got back. however, for safety, I took the photo. however the staff is very kind especially the girl who showed me a restaurant where you eat like a god !!!!!
we will be back for sure, Senigallia in the heart

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this, they are just charging you extras for the smallest detail, be sure to ask everything precisely when booking, even with that done we were charged 90 extra euros for insurance because the card we gave them wasn't fit (on the phone they had said it was ok).
Than they charged us 50 euros because a small amount of gas was missing from the car when returned (it had probably been used in travelling from the nearby gas station to the point where you return the car).
We also got a ticket and they charged us extra 60 EUROS for the service of "telling the name and address of the driver to the police in order to send the ticket".
Never Again, they are taking advantage of people.
