Avevo acquistato online il pacchetto dall'aereoporto di Trapani al porto di Favignana per recuperare tempo e godermi da subito la vacanza, ma non è andata esattamente così!!! Sono atterrata a Trapani alle 9.50 per arrivare a Favignana alle 14.10 All'aereoporto ci hanno fatto aspettare più di un'ora che atterrassero altri due voli così che la navetta potesse fare un solo viaggio ma intanto ci dicevano che a minuti sarebbe arrivata) dopo di che una volta condotti al porto ci hanno dato i biglietti dell'aliscavo che però partiva dopo 2 ore dico DUE ORE DOPO!!!! un servizio pessimo e oltrettutto costoso perchè pagare 25 euro per un tale disagio mi sembra decisamente eccessivo Io la sconsiglio vivamente e l'ho sconsigliata anche ad amici che faranno la mia stessa vacanza. Mi dispiace ma non è giusto prendere in giro così le persone! unfortunately I have to do a negative review !!! Very bad service !!! E a chi scrive che sono cari, ma dove vivete? sulla luna! Con 3 euro dal centro di Favignana alle pendici di S.Caterina (ristorante) e con una telefonata ti riprendono quando vuoi! Aggiungo: ho chiesto il costo di una corsa all'autista, il quale mi ha pregato di chiamare in ufficio: ONESTA' ! "Swiss" precision. polite and helpful staff. Amazing bus / ferry / bus coordination. Si sono occupati loro del biglietto dell'aliscafo ( se avete valigie grandi bisogna acquistare biglietti x le valigie). A Trapani c'era l'autista che ci aspettava al pontile degli aliscafi, il taxi era nuovissimo e molto pulito. Assolutamente consigliato! Excellent service. Kind and efficient. I used the service from Favignana to Trapani airport and I had a great time. They took care of the hydrofoil ticket (if you have large suitcases you have to buy tickets for the suitcases). In Trapani there was the driver waiting for us at the hydrofoil dock, the taxi was brand new and very clean. Absolutely recommended!
