★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The audioguide for Villa Romana del Casele is a horrible product that someone delivered probably in the biggest rush to meet a deadline. Super poor quality (we couldn't hear anything), wrong audios assigned to some rooms, narration finished but audio file continuing in silence, bug in the app that resets language. I made a list and took videos, I can gladly share it.
In full politeness, I told the lady upon returning that "this doesn't work and Id like to leave feedback, Do you have a customer service address I can write to?". She refused to provide one and only said "you'll have to tell STS" (super generic acronym, how can she assume that it would be enough info?. I had to push her to at least tell me what it meant and then look it up in Google.)
This concerns me. Villa Romana is one of the most important attractions in all Sicily, and it doesn't deserve to have such mediocre resources.
I'm not picky, I've done Taormina's Greek theater's and Valley of temple's audioguides, and they worked like a charm. Anyone who actually tries to grab STS's audioguide for Villa Romana and do the tour while using it (specially if using Spanish or English) will find how poor it is.
