Innanzi tutto metà dei passeggeri erano senza mascherina e nonostante sia stato chiesto di indossarla non lo hanno fato. La osa forse più grave è che non solo l'autista se n'è fregato, ma lui stesso non l'ha indossata per gran parte del tempo. A questo si aggiunge il fatto che l'impianto audio del pullman è stato lasciato a disposizione di alcuni ragazzi che hanno riprodotto, fin dalle 7.30 del mattino, della musica terribile e a volume esagerato. Ciò è successo sia all'andata che al ritorno. VERAMENTE POCO PROFESSIONALI The service itself is also good, the ability to communicate via message and punctuality. The problem is what's on the bus. Siamo stati accompagnati step by step per tutto l’iter di pianificazione (ricerca biglietti, ESTA, aggiunzione bagagli, check-in ecc..). Malgrado le difficoltà dovute alla pandemia COVID-19 io ed il mio compagno siamo riusciti a viaggiare serenamente grazie all’eccellente preparazione di tutti i componenti della grande famiglia Globalsem! Non smetterò mai di ringraziarli. Quality and professionalism! Manola and all the staff of GLOBALSEM VIAGGI were my guardian angels for the entire trip from 11-12-2021 to 28-12-2021 to New York! We were accompanied step by step throughout the planning process (ticket search, ESTA, baggage addition, check-in, etc.). Nonostante i problemi che questa Sicilia ci ha creato , l'autista è riuscito a restare calmo e a fare il suo lavoro in modo professionale. La consiglio a tutti.
