Ho avuto modo di richiedere il prodotto che mi serviva ad ognuna delle tre dottoresse, più alcuni consigli che penso il farmacista debba dare. Una più sgarbata e altezzosa dell'altra! Le cose dette per forza. Una di queste volte che sono andata, ho dovuto valutare fra 2 prodotti, scegliendone uno un po'più economico, la dottoressa in questione infastidita, mi sono dovuta giustificare, alla fine ho salutato, neanche ha risposto. È stata l'ultima volta che sono andata. Prima della Laurea in Farmacia imparate le buone maniere e un po' di empatia, visto che dovreste essere consulenti al servizio della salute dell'utente. Meno di una stella purtroppo nn si può !!! It has happened to me several times to enter this pharmacy because I live in the area. It was the last time I went. Before graduating in Pharmacy you learn good manners and a bit of empathy, since you should be a consultant for the health of the user. Less than a star, unfortunately you can't !!!

Forse l'unica pecca, anche se tralasciabile dato il servizio offerto, è che in inverno l'aria è molto calda, ma per il resto servizio ottimo. Consigliatissimo! I had to take paracetamol for a friend of mine and they were very courteous and welcoming, excellent service, I felt at home. Perhaps the only flaw, even if negligible given the service offered, is that in winter the air is very hot, but otherwise excellent service. Highly recommended!

Ho dovuto parlare per 10 minuti buoni per aver ragione ma alla fine mi hanno accordato il rimborso . Per il resto ottimo Very polite but initially they did not want to honor me with a suspension for a drug taken here 20 days before without having the prescription yet. I had to speak for a good 10 minutes to be right but they finally gave me a refund. For the rest excellent
