★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ufficio è poco visibile, in una strada con scarsissime possibilità di parcheggio, scomodo da raggiungere. Il numero di sportelli è assolutamente insufficiente a gestire in modo efficiente la coda di persone, specialmente nei periodi più caldi per spettacoli e manifestazioni. Anche i posti a sedere per l'attesa sono pochi e pertanto si aspetta spesso in piedi.
The office is hardly visible, in a street with very little parking, inconvenient to reach. The number of branches is absolutely insufficient to efficiently manage the queue of people, especially in the hottest periods for shows and events. Also the seating for waiting are few and therefore often expects standing.
