★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufficio deserto, tre persone al desktop più 'Dirigenti' al primo piano, orario di apertura ore 8.15. Per richiedere un atto ti comunicano che dovrai aspettare almeno fino alle 10.15 perché manca l'omino autorizzato a salire sulla scala per prendere il volume(!!) E non è un caso eccezionale, il Dirigente si giustifica dicendo che hanno attaccato un foglietto sulla porta, per avvisare eh.. incredibile! E mentre aspettiamo, io e gli altri due nella mia stessa situazione, ci guardiamo in faccia con i tre dietro il bancone . Complimentoni!!
 Deserted office, three people on the desktop plus 'Executives' on the first floor, opening hours 8.15. To request an act, they tell you that you will have to wait until at least 10.15 because there is no man authorized to climb the ladder to take the volume (!!) And it is not an exceptional case, the Manager justifies himself by saying that they have attached a piece of paper on the door , to warn eh .. incredible! And while we wait, me and the other two in my same situation, we look at each other with the three behind the counter. Complimentoni !!
