Già una volta l'addetto ci disse che non era possibile perché c'era gente, dopo aver atteso 20 minuti in fila. Proprio oggi, dopo la fila, una addetta al banco ci ha fatto una ramanzina come se fossimo dei disturbatori seriali! Basta mettere un avviso che non si preparano panini! PERSONALE MALEDUCATO. SONSIGLIATO VIVAMENTE! A few times I went to this supermarket with a colleague to buy sandwiches made at the counter for lunch. Already once the clerk told us that it was not possible because there were people, after waiting 20 minutes in line. Just today, after the queue, a counter clerk gave us a lecture as if we were serial jammers! Just put a notice that no sandwiches are prepared! RUDE STAFF. HEARLY BEING!
V	Vale dc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salumiera nullafacente!abbiamo aspettato più di mezz'ora dietro il banco salumi,la salumeria si affaccia da dietro la tenda e ci dice di attendere 2 minuti ....passati 2,5,10,20,30 minuti non arriva nessuno....ho lasciato tutta la spesa e sono andata via ....arrivando vicino la porta la sua collega avvisa che stiamo andando via ,ma nonostante tutto la salumiera rimane a fare i fatti suoi..... Salumiera nothing! We waited more than half an hour behind the salami counter, the delicatessen looks out from behind the curtain and tells us to wait 2 minutes .... after 2,5,10,20,30 minutes no one arrives .. ..I left all the shopping and went away .... arriving near the door her colleague warns us that we are leaving, but despite everything the delicatessen remains to do her business .....

Per non parlare dei loro polletti arrosto, qui a Matera mai mangiati così buoni. Ormai sono un loro cliente fisso! Complimenti!...continuate così! The butcher's counter is superb, with a wide choice of meat and of excellent quality, even for the most refined palates (scottona, danese, angus, etc ...). Not to mention their roast chickens, never eaten so good here in Matera. I am now a regular customer of theirs! Congratulations! ... keep it up!

Buoni i prodotti da banco (macelleria e salumeria) ma personale poco professionale alle casse Small supermarket with little choice. Good over-the-counter products (butcher and delicatessen) but unprofessional staff at the checkout

Pessimi. Ah e consiglierei di mettere le casse in una posizione più comoda per il cliente. Shop with a good choice of food but with really unprofessional staff. Rude at maximum power, not even good morning / good evening say. Bad. Oh and I would recommend placing the speakers in a more convenient location for the customer.
