Very positive experience: I bought a watch on the road that I could not find in my city (they had the patience to wait for the reopening of the borders, after the Christmas restrictions). Although it was the first purchase from them, I was treated with extreme courtesy, grace, and competence by Donatella and the other girl, "creator" of this wonderful package.
