★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato il 29/11 per la prima volta in questo negozio, per prendere un anello inciso per la mia ragazza. L’anello era per il suo compleanno il 7/12, inizialmente mi viene detto che la taglia della mia ragazza è una taglia particolare e piccola, mentre in altre gioiellerie non ha mai avuto alcun tipo di problema con le taglie e,successivamente,che l’anello sarebbe arrivato all’incirca per Natale. Nessun problema inizialmente perché il mio ordine viene messo anche come urgente a quanto mi viene detto. Vicino alla data, chiamando,ho scoperto che non sarebbe arrivato a Natale ma bensì dopo il 10 gennaio. È arrivato oggi 17/01 però oltre al tempo lunghissimo di attesa l’anello risulta essere stretto e senza incisione. L’incisione mi viene spiegato che per un motivo tecnico, c’è un solco all’interno dell’anello, non si poteva fare. Mi chiedo perché mi sia stata proposta l’incisione e se in fase di produzione non fosse possibile arginare questo problema data la richiesta. Molto molto deluso, sconsigliato
I went on 11/29 for the first time to this shop, to get an engraved ring for my girlfriend. The ring was for her birthday on 7/12, initially I am told that my girlfriend's size is a particular and small size, while in other jewelers she has never had any kind of problem with sizes and, subsequently, that the ring would arrive around Christmas. No problem initially because my order is also placed as urgent to what I am told. Close to the date, by calling, I discovered that it would not arrive at Christmas but after January 10th. It arrived today 17/01 but in addition to the very long waiting time, the ring is narrow and without incision. The incision is explained to me that for a technical reason, there is a groove inside the ring, it could not be done. I wonder why the engraving was proposed to me and if in the production phase it was not possible to stem this problem given the request. Very very disappointed, not recommended
