★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più volte fatto acquisti in questo negozio e ho avuto la malsana idea di tornarci.
Prendo la camicia basandomi sulla taglia della camicia di prova e quando arrivo a casa me la provo ; mi sta stretta.
Munito di scontrino ,e rassicurato dalla commessa il giorno prima “se hai problemi te la cambiamo” ,torno in sto negozio per farmi cambiare la camicia. Appena entrato chiedo se era possibile un cambio di taglia . iniziano subito le lamentele delle commesse “speriamo non sia sgualcita” era la frase cult ripetuta più volte. La camicia presentava delle pieghe ma nulla di sconcertante o vomitevole. Al che davanti a molti clienti hanno continuato a fare storie (“non la posso mica stirare”....) costringendomi ad uscire dal negozio visto l’imbarazzo creato. Mi tengo la camicia che probabilmente non metterò mai ma almeno so che in questo posto non metterò piede. Semplicemente imbarazzanti.
 Several times I shopped in this shop and had the unhealthy idea of going back.
I take the shirt based on the size of the test shirt and when I get home I try it on; it fits me tight.
Equipped with a receipt, and reassured by the saleswoman the day before "if you have problems we will change it for you", I go back to this shop to have my shirt changed. As soon as I enter I ask if a change of size was possible. The complaints of the orders begin immediately "let's hope it is not crumpled" was the cult phrase repeated several times. The shirt had some creases but nothing disconcerting or repulsive. To which in front of many customers they continued to make a fuss ("I can't iron it" ....) forcing me to leave the shop given the embarrassment created. I keep the shirt that I will probably never wear but at least I know I will not set foot in this place. Simply embarrassing.

Avevo messo cinque stelle ma devo ricredermi. Fino a qualche mese fa c'era un commesso competente e disponibile.
Ora del personale è meglio tacere.

Era tappa fissa per tutte le stagioni. Ora si fa fatica ad acquistare anche un semplice maglioncino a primo prezzo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da Rimini mi porto a Ravenna sperando che la situazione sia diversa, invece la trovo medesima.
Sabato pomeriggio, pieno centro storico una sola dipendente a fronte di 10 persone da seguire, consigliare e far pagare.
Quindi non è il problema di gestione di un singolo punto vendita, ma dell'intera catena. Peccato perché a Rimini vado spesso, compro tanto e trovo sempre personale gentile, ma se devo aspettare e infastidirmi perché l'azienda vuole risparmiare 50€ e perdere diverse centinaia di euro di incassi, faccia pure.
Come in questo caso, dovevo fare diversi acquisti ma sono andato via a mani vuoti.
Cercherò, probabilmente, una nuova azienda dove riempire il mio guardaroba. Peccato perché comunque la qualità di Dan John non è male e i prezzi sono adeguati.

So it is not the problem of managing a single store, but of the entire chain. Too bad because I often go to Rimini, I buy a lot and I always find friendly staff, but if I have to wait and get annoyed because the company wants to save € 50 and lose several hundred euros in proceeds, go ahead.
As in this case, I had to make several purchases but left empty-handed.
I will probably look for a new company to fill my wardrobe. Too bad because Dan John's quality is not bad anyway and the prices are adequate.
