Very kind as always and punctual ... perfect job !!! ... I brought a Bulgari watch to repair and to have the case re-polished due to scratches formed over time ... Retired today as new !!! ... Highly recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cordiali ma distaccati , forse bravissimi nei consigli per gli acquisti ma incompetenti (nel senso che non trattano) antichità ( gioielli e orologi , seppur in oro e diamanti), pietre semipreziose ( topazi / acquamarine/ ametiste/ giada /avorio/ ambra) peccato. ?
Friendly but detached, perhaps very good at buying advice but incompetent (in the sense that they do not deal with) antiquities (jewelry and watches, albeit in gold and diamonds), semiprecious stones (topazes / aquamarines / amethysts / jade / ivory / amber) sin. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a parte una ragazza, personale gentile, ma su trolbeads abbastanza impreparate, infatti se non fossi appassionata del brand mi avrebbero venduto una pietra diversa da quella chiesta (se pur in buona fede)
apart from a girl, nice staff, but quite unprepared on trolbeads, in fact if I were not passionate about the brand they would have sold me a different stone than the one requested (albeit in good faith)
