Stasera mi sono recato in negozio. La commessa inizia dirmi che non me lo sostituiscono e che devo rivolgermi IO dal loro fornitore. Robe da pazzi. Mi faccio chiamare il direttore, un ragazzo cinese sulla trentina d'anni. Mi dice che non lo sostituiscono alché gli ho fatto presente che vige una Normativa europea al riguardo e che il venditore ha l'obbligo di ritirare la merce difettosa. Ho cercato di farlo ragionare con le buone maniere e gli ho detto se era sicuro di quello che stava dicendo. Niente, sembra proprio che se ne infischino delle regole. Me ne sono andato con molta calma promettendogli che mi farò sentire tramite le L'autorità del garante. La cifra non era alta ma considerato che potrebbe capitare ad altre persone mi farò sentire con le Autorità. WARNING BEWARE OF BUYING HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES !, I bought an iron on 06/01/20. To date, the iron is defective as it no longer ignites. I went to the store tonight. The saleswoman starts telling me that they are not replacing me and that I have to go to their supplier. Crazy stuff. I call myself the manager, a Chinese boy in his thirties. He tells me that they do not replace it, although I have informed him that there is a European regulation in this regard and that the seller has the obligation to collect the defective goods. I tried to reason him with good manners and told him if he was sure of what he was saying. Nothing, it really seems that they don't care about the rules. I left very calmly promising that I will make myself heard through the authority of the guarantor. Prodotti buoni sia di marca che non (ma non sono "cineserie") per cui mai delusa soprattutto perché come risaputo, si risparmia. There is really everything and it is very big. Come sempre, su alcuni articoli i prezzi sono particolarmente convenienti (attenzione sempre al rapporto qualità prezzo che potrebbe non essere "vincente"), ma tutto sommato offre sempre un ottimo compromesso. Classic maxi-store that has a bit of everything; from clothing to do-it-yourself items, from stationery to everything for the home. As always, on some items the prices are particularly convenient (always pay attention to the value for money which may not be "winning"), but all in all it always offers an excellent compromise.

Il parcheggio fuori è enorme Very nice shop, large, well stocked and tidy. I struggled a little to find the entrance because you have to go through a small tunnel to get there. The parking outside is huge
