★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there on a public holiday. Crowds of people waiting outside with no member of staff to guide the multitudes of people. There was one till open and about 30 people queuing. When the one serving was asked if someone could open a new till, she rudely said, "you do it!!" No preparation for a public holiday and staff that were totally indifferent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can’t go out Ikea without buying something. DIY furnitures, all your home decor and essentials and they have food and beverage section. Love taking home some smoked salmon and those meatballs. Ohhhh!!! ????

Sometimes recently, it has been also devoid of many articles, due to the COVID-related global supply chain crisis. Before planning to put together a complex order, such as for example a modular cupboard, ask and double check that they have all the materials options and all the components available!

Many times is crowded, the variety of the articles are not as large line in others IKEAS, and the restaurant is one of the worst from the point of view if the service. The quality of the food is good. But if you want to dinner or lunch you cannot drink a cup of coffe after the meal, because the bar is closed. And viceversa, when the bar is open you cannot dinner or lunch. Many others Ikeas solve this problems wuth coffe machines. Many of them offer refill of drinkings. It is an IKEA that not offer all the standard that in others part of the world the same.brand offers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always mess to find something and there is no one to help. I think such a big shop must have more employees . Some of the articles wrong ( please see the picture. The item shorter then description in main stand). Helping service useless ( they can’t help to you) Covid-19 regulations were not followed when they speak with clients.
