Dopo aver visto il danno e dopo averne valutato il costo per la riparazione, ho deciso che non ne valeva la pena. Ho ripreso il tablet e l'ho riportato a casa. Prima si accendeva, ora non si accende più. Oggi ho avuto modo di portarlo da un tecnico specializzato e sono rimasta allibita. Tutti i connettori staccati (schermo, batteria e bluetooth). Un connettore ossidato e rotto mandando in corto il contatto per accensione. Vergognosi!!!!! From complaint .... I brought a tablet for repair. Today I was able to take it to a specialized technician and I was shocked. All connectors disconnected (screen, battery and bluetooth). An oxidized and broken connector shorting the ignition contact. Shameful !!!!!

Bene dopo 2 mesi non solo non lo ha sistemato al quando sono andato a riprendere (dopo 3 settimane) me lo trovo che non si accende più e pure rovinato...INCOMPETENZA I put a star, you can't zero ... bring a 2 year processor for a video card or video component problem. Well after 2 months not only did he not fix it when I went to take it back (after 3 weeks) I find it that does not turn on anymore and also ruined ... INCOMPETENCE

Dopo 10 giorni dalla sostituzione dello schermo di uno smartphone sony, compaiono macchie chiare e sfarfallamenti fino a non permettere la lettura dei contenuti. Si rifiutano anche solo di ricontrollare il telefono e non riconoscono alcuna garanzia. Imputano i difetti dei loro ricambi che vendono per originali al cattivo uso da parte dell'utente. Come da prassi dopo la riparazione le fotocamere non funzionano. Chiedono altre 30 euro per la sostituzione e 2 giorni perché arrivi il ricambio. Chiaramente basta riconnettere il cablaggio... e tutto funziona senza ricambi..mi pare superfluo aggiungere altro. Disconcerting. To be avoided absolutely.
