Freddo e distanze. Empatia zero.
A dir poco arrogante nei modi.
Andate quando c'è il titolare che è molto disponibile e cortese.

Ho chiesto informazioni per un telefono da mille euro e ho ricevuto risposte in maniera prepotente insistendo sul fatto che dovevo per forza fare un un'abbonamento con una scheda Wind quando io ho già quell'operatore e una mia offerta ricaricabile,ma non era propenso all'ascolto, ha pure insinuato che volessi litigare con lui. Di sicuro non tornerò se ci sarà ancora lui in negozio.
Never found such a rude operator!
