Grazie per la cortesia usata anche se la mia contestazione è stata irruenta.
Cmq sconsiglio Bialetti assistenza inesistente.
E sono anche troppe, aquistati due prodotti una tv che dopo qualche mese ha sullo schermo una linea proposta garanzia ma bisognava lasciare la tv 3 mesi quindi alla fine mi sono tenuto la tv con la striscia.
Acquistata macchinetta cafde Bialetti durata 10 mesi poi perde acqua portata in assistenza dopo due mesi ancora in lavorazione.
Due su due difettosi.
Update after a bit of waiting, the Bialetti was replaced with a shopping voucher since the repair, let's say, was not successful.
Thank you for the courtesy used even if my dispute was violent.
Anyway I do not recommend Bialetti assistance non-existent.
And there are too many, bought two products a TV that after a few months has a proposed guarantee line on the screen but you had to leave the TV for 3 months so in the end I kept the TV with the strip.
Purchased a Bialetti coffee machine which lasted 10 months and then lost water brought to service after two months still being worked on.
Two out of two defective.
