Ci siamo accorti dopo il primo utilizzo che aveva un difetto di fabbrica nella linguetta centrale e a causa di questo faceva male portarla,siamo ricorsi allora alla garanzia legale,per farcela rimborsare.
Ad oggi ancora non abbiamo ricevuto un euro da loro.
Dopo mille mail siamo costretti a coinvolgere nuovamente Amazon per farci rimborsare la somma Dovuta.
Vi ricordo che per legge siete obbligati a ritirare un articolo difettato.Esperienza davvero negativa.Non lo consiglio.
Purchased online from them, through Amazon a sketcher, unfortunately it was a gift.
We realized after the first use that it had a factory defect in the central tab and because of this it hurt to wear it, we then resorted to the legal guarantee, to have it reimbursed.
To date we have not yet received a euro from them.
After a thousand emails we are forced to involve Amazon again to get us to reimburse the amount due.
I remind you that by law you are obliged to take back a defective item. Really bad experience. I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon negozio vale sempre la pena di visitarlo sopratutto nel periodo delle promozioni dove nell'angolo delle super offerte (taglie e misure disponibili ) si fanno buoni acquisti. Insomma vi consiglio comunque di visitarlo. Personale un po freddino ma ugualmente disponibile.
Avevo segnalato quanto sopra con 4 stelle , ora ho aggiunto la quinta ,(e non ce ne sono altre,) perché a distanza di 5 giorni dall'acquisto di una borsa ho riscontrato un notevole difetto subito segnalato con foto e scontrino. Ebbene immediatamente la titolare mi ha risposto dicendomi di rimborsami il costo e scusandosi per l'imprevisto .
Questo sembrerebbe normale ma il fatto è che io non abito a Fabriano ma molto molto più lontano .inoltre la borsa difettosa la riconsegnero' appena avrò possibilità di ritornare a Fabriano e non certo nei prossimi giorni ma nei prossimi mesi.
Comportamento che dovrebbe essere preso di esempio da tanti commercianti.
Quindi in questo negozio la garanzia del reso è assoluta e certa anche in situazioni sopra descritte .
Good shop is always worth a visit especially during the promotion period where in the corner of the super offers (sizes and measures available) you make good purchases. In short, I still recommend you to visit it. Staff a little chilly but equally helpful.
I had reported the above with 4 stars, now I have added the fifth, (and there are no others,) because after 5 days from the purchase of a bag I found a significant defect immediately reported with photos and receipt. Well the owner immediately replied telling me to reimburse the cost and apologizing for the unexpected.
This would seem normal but the fact is that I do not live in Fabriano but much much further away. I will also return the faulty bag as soon as I have the opportunity to return to Fabriano and certainly not in the next few days but in the next months.
Behavior that should be taken as an example by many traders.
So in this shop the return guarantee is absolute and certain even in the situations described above.
