Richiesti 30€ solo per montaggio gomme su T MAX ma arrivato il momento di cambiare le gomme la richiesta era salita a 50€.
Sconsigliatissimo veramente non verrò mai più.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto vero! Siamo noi che dobbiamo verificare non voi!!! Tergicristalli Fiat originali 35 euro dal concessionario ufficiale. Qui invece 40 euro senza il montaggio!!!. In risposta al titolare che spesso manca di rispetto alle persone, la segretaria ci fatto il preventivo senza il montaggio perciò è ancora peggio risponderci esternando falsità per salvare la faccia. Dunque non si trattano i clienti come dei morti di fame ma sono i clienti che non devono regalare i soldi da chi se ne approfitta. Adeguate i prezzi dei ricambi o perderete ancora altri clienti anche per la scortesia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per carità, professionalità impeccabile (parlo della signora), ma sentirsi rispondere dal proprietario "se non saldi 5 euro subito, la macchina rimane ferma qui". Soprattutto con tono offensivo e maleducato contro la clientela più giovane.
E fortuna che dalle risposte più giù leggo che trattava bene i clienti.
For heaven's sake, impeccable professionalism (I'm talking about the lady), but being answered by the owner "if you don't pay 5 euros immediately, the car will stop here". Especially with an offensive and rude tone against the younger clientele.
And luckily, from the answers below I read that he treated customers well.
