F	Francesca Galassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata dal dottor Lippera proprio oggi pomeriggio e per me si trattava della prima visita.. peccato che oltre ad essere arrivato in ritardo ed essersi assentato durante le visite dopo 3 lunghe ore di ritardo dall' appuntamento me ne sono andata! Dare un appuntamento e fare aspettare i pazienti ore ed ore lo considero un comportamento privo di educazione e rispetto, e nonostante i pazienti lo avessero descritto come " abituale" sono stati comunque ad aspettare il proprio turno.Sicuramente e' un dottore bravissimo ma tale comportamento non e' accettabile. I went to see Doctor Lippera this afternoon and for me it was the first visit .. too bad that in addition to being late and having been absent during the visits after 3 long hours late from the appointment I left! Making an appointment and making patients wait hours and hours I consider it a behavior devoid of education and respect, and although the patients described it as "habitual" they were still waiting for their turn. Surely he is a very good doctor but such behavior it is not acceptable.

Per me è stato veramente difficile, ora mi sento molto meglio, mi sento sollevata, e tutto questo grazie a voi. Mi avete fatto sentire una di voi, é stata una sensazione bellissima, davvero, mi ha aiutata a superare tutto questo più facilmente, grazie a tutti davvero, di cuore un abbraccio, Simona. Ringrazio nuovamente tutti per la disponibilità, cordialità e professionalità, sono riuscita a recuperare piano piano quello che precedentemente avevo perso nella vista ogni giorno va sempre meglio.
