Dovevano solo mettere la gomma, me li hanno distrutti. E Voi cosa avreste fatto al mio posto??? Io mi sono limitato ad andar via arrabbiato. Ci sono dei bravi colzolai e artigiani "artisti" della pelle a Palermo, loro non sono per nulla competenti e professionali. Essere capaci di cucire qualche buco di borsa, significa per voi essere artigiani professionali? If you can not go to this place they are not good. They have ruined a moccasin high as € 350 bill. They just had to put on the gum, they destroyed them. And what would you have done in my place ??? I simply went away angry. There are good colzolai and artisans "artists" of the skin in Palermo, they are not at all competent and professional. Being able to sew a few holes in the bag, it means to you professional craftsmen?

Poi sono andata a ritirarle e le ho trovate rovinate , due borse che avevano bisogno di una semplice cucitura. In una ho trovato più graffi che hanno sollevato la pelle. Avevo affidato loro due michael kors che hanno danneggiato. If I could I would give it 0 stars. Really incompetent. Before, the bags were not ready for the appointed day. Then I went to collect them and found them ruined, two bags that needed a simple stitch. In one I found multiple scratches that raised the skin. I had entrusted them with two michael kors that they damaged.

Mi sono rivolta a loro per un lavoro che un calzolaio esperto farebbe in pochi minuti, ovvero scucire una semplicissima fibia rotta di un sandalo e sostituirla con una nuova. Mi hanno detto che potevo ritirarlo il lunedì pomeriggio successivo, quindi mi reco lì nel giorno indicato e trovo il negozio chiuso. Il giorno dopo ritorno nel pomeriggio e mi dicono che ancora il lavoro non è stato fatto, con la scusa di aver recuperato la fibia adatta quella mattina (fibia comunissima trovabile in qualsiasi merceria) e che la mattina dopo avrei trovato il sandalo pronto. Dopo i due viaggi a vuoto precedenti, l'indomani mattina mi reco per la terza volta da loro come indicato e il sandalo ancora non era pronto, pertanto ho dovuto aspettare in negozio che finalmente facessero il lavoro, tra l'altro fatto in modo molto approssimativo. Per finire, ho pagato nel momento in cui ho portato il sandalo da loro e non mi hanno dato uno scontrino, neppure al momento del ritiro. Eppure si reputano professionali e hanno da ridire se qualcuno lascia una recensione negativa... Ribadisco, pessimi. Bad.
