Chiara una splendida "MAMMA" per i nostri cuccioli....finalmente non ho più paura a lasciarli da soli! GRAZIE per come trattare i nostri bimbi!

Era alla sua prima tolettatura e poiché aveva dei nodi al pelo mi hanno fatto pagare........ a sorpresa € 80.00 . Sicuramente si sono impegnati nel lavoro , ma era più professionale avvertire il cliente della spesa prima di iniziare. Una cifra fuori dal mondo. Ho fatto un giro di telefonate in città anche ai tolettatori più quotati e spiegando le condizioni del canuccio , il massimo che avrei speso sono € 40,00 , qualcuno anche € 25,00. Mi spiace hanno perso un cliente e non solo. Spero cambino comportamento che non esprime alcuna etica .
Too bad they let me down ...... I brought my one year old dwarf poodle dog to wash and shear it. It was his first grooming and since he had knots on his hair they made me pay ........ surprise € 80.00. They certainly got involved, but it was more professional to warn the customer about the shopping before starting. A figure out of this world. I made a round of calls in the city even to the most popular groomers and explaining the conditions of the canuccio, the maximum I would have spent is € 40.00, someone even € 25.00. I'm sorry they lost a customer and not only. I hope they change behavior that does not express any ethics.
