Ho conosciuto Elisa e Simona e la loro mamma, e oltre ad essere molto gentili e simpatiche........ cucinano veramente bene! Ho provato la pizza di grani antichi, lo spezzatino di seitan, e la schiacciata di cipolle! Tutto veramente buono! Complimenti davvero e a prestissimo! Today for the 1st time I went to Shanti Vegan in Maranello! I met Elisa and Simona and their mother, and besides being very kind and nice ........ they cook really well! I tried the ancient grain pizza, the seitan stew, and the crushed onions! All really good! Congratulations indeed and see you soon!

La parmigiana di verdure e quella di melenzane sono ottime, personalmente ho preferito quella di verdure. E tortino di patate e di zucca. Ottimi anche quelli. Consigliatissimo. Mi è sembrato un ottimo pasto salutare. Infine il personale è molto gentile e da ottime indicazioni e spiegazioni del menu che varia molto spesso. Assolutamente ritornerò I'm not vegan but as a food lover I decided to give it a try. I got some takeaway tastings. The vegetable parmigiana and the eggplant parmigiana are excellent, I personally preferred the vegetable one. And potato and pumpkin pie. Those are also excellent. Highly recommended. It seemed like a great healthy meal. Finally, the staff is very kind and gives excellent indications and explanations of the menu which varies very often. I will absolutely return

Se volete mangiare roba di qualità ad un giusto prezzo è il posto perfetto, quindi lo consiglio sicuramente All very good and Elisa, Simona and Anna as well as being friends for a long time are the top both in cooking and as people. Esperienza molto interessante, alta qualità dei prodotti usati e devo dire preparati con amore. Era tutto squisito, gustoso e chi dice che il vegano non sa di nulla...dovrebbe fare un giro in questo localino per ricredersi. Consigliato a tutti, anche agli scettici. I have been with friends at a buffet aperitif, precise immediately that I'm not only vegan that I like food in all its forms. Very interesting experience, high quality of used products and I must say prepared with love. La farinata e i falafel sono veramente ottimi, la focaccia di accompagnamento era superba. Dolcetto finale alla mela molto buono. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. I state that I am not vegan, but I also state that sometimes the vegan experience is pleasant to do. And this is the case with Shanti. The farinata and falafel are truly excellent, the accompanying focaccia was superb. Very good final apple treat. Excellent quality-price relation.

La cucina è buonissima, cibo fresco e di stagione con tante proposte diverse ogni giorno. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Very nice place with entirely vegan cuisine, you can either eat inside as the place is large enough or take take away food. The cuisine is very good, fresh and seasonal food with many different proposals every day. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Comodissimi gli orari di apertura, no-stop da mattina a pomeriggio inoltrato tutti i giorni (spesso le botteghe/rosticcerie vegane chiudono dopo pranzo!). Personale super gentile! Hanno tantissima scelta di prodotti freschi, ed è anche molto comodo arrivarci. È super per una zona come questa, fuori dalle grandi città, visto che non è comune trovare rosticcerie vegane! Consigliatissimo. Entirely vegan rotisserie, with many tables (spaced) inside to eat what is at the counter. Convenient opening hours, non-stop from morning to late afternoon every day (often the vegan shops / rotisseries close after lunch!). Super nice staff! They have a lot of choice of fresh produce, and it is also very convenient to get there. It's super for an area like this, outside the big cities, since it's not common to find vegan takeaways! Highly recommended.
