★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola bottega al centro di Maranello conosciuta tramite passaparola tra colleghi. La mozzarella è eccezionale: morbida, mai salata e con un ottimo sentore di latte di bufala tipico della mozzarella Casertana (gusto introvabile qui a Maranello e dintorni).
Anche il pane è buono (cotto a legna e ben alveolato).
Qualche prodotto in più per arricchire il locale non guasterebbe dato che c'è spazio. Consigliatissimo
Small shop in the center of Maranello known by word of mouth among colleagues. The mozzarella is exceptional: soft, never salty and with an excellent hint of buffalo milk typical of the Casertana mozzarella (a taste that cannot be found here in Maranello and surroundings).
The bread is also good (wood fired and well alveolated).
A few more products to enrich the place would not hurt since there is space. Highly recommended

Easy to get to, there is no road sign to get to the shop. Clean sanitized premises is well organized, staff always available and very polite

Prodotti campani dal sapore unico.
Ho preso delle bocconcini di bufala e della provola che mi hanno lasciato senza parole.
Ovviamente hanno altri generi come pane olive formaggi e salumi dolci tipici di qualsiasi genere.
Di tutti i prodotti campani che ho girato questo è per me il top.
I sapori di questo generi alimentari di Maranello non li trovi da nessuna parte.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.
Ci tornerò sicuramente e consiglio di provarlo.

Campania products with a unique flavor.
I took some buffalo morsels and provolone which left me speechless.
Obviously they have other kinds such as bread, olives, cheeses and typical sweet meats of any kind.
Of all the Campania products that I have shot, this is the top for me.
You won't find the flavors of this food from Maranello anywhere.
Very nice and helpful staff for anything.
I will definitely be back and recommend giving it a try.
