Ho avuto modo di assaggiare tortelloni burro e salvia da leccarsi i baffi, trofie radicchio e speck croccante da esplosione di sapore (entrambi i primi abbondanti), bresaola fresca tagliata sottile e al punto giusto (dettaglio importante!) e dal profumo speziato inconfondibile. Ultimo ma non ultimo, nodini di orata leggermente impanati, gustosi e freschissimi. E le pagnottine di pane fatto da loro??? Buonissime. Menù che varia e accontenta ogni desiderio e soprattutto equilibrio tra gusto e nutrienti! BRAVI!!! Password: PRODUCT QUALITY. TOP fresh pasta and selection of high quality meat and fish suppliers. I had the opportunity to taste mouth-watering butter and sage tortelloni, trofie radicchio and crispy flavored speck (both abundant first courses), fresh bresaola cut thin and at the right point (important detail!) And with an unmistakable spicy aroma. Last but not least, lightly breaded bream knots, tasty and very fresh. And the loaves of bread made by them ??? Very good. Menu that varies and satisfies every desire and above all a balance between taste and nutrients! WELL DONE !!!
E	Elisabetta Bagnati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il cibo è buono... Portate ridotte per i prezzi che dispongono. Eravamo in quattro,ci è stata o proposto un antipasto di salumi e formaggi... Abbiamo inconsapevolmente accettato... Nessuno ci ha detto o meglio spiegato che 2 fettine di formaggio per 4 tipi( nemmeno una a testa) Fossero considerati come due taglieri... Così idem per gli affettati... Al momento del conto ci siamo trovati da pagare 4 antipasti come se fossero uno per ciascuno... Sarà che dalle nostre parti un assaggio di antipasto da 15€ massimo te lo fanno pagare 20€ per 4 persone...(con almeno due fette di prodotto per ognuno)...m qui c’è il trucco e l’inganno... Capisco dover far lavorare queste persone, ma se poi devono approfittarne... Insomma 135€ per quattro fette in croce di salumi e formaggi e 4 primi “stitici”...più due bottiglie di acqua. No comment...peccato perché il cibo nonostante tutto è buono... Ma nemmeno in centro a Roma se ci vai hanno sti criteri distorti. Non lo consiglio. Food is good ... Nobody told us or better explained that 2 slices of cheese for 4 types (not even one each) They were considered as two cutting boards ... So ditto for the cold cuts ... At the time of the bill we found ourselves paying 4 starters as if they were one for each ... It will be that in our country a taste of appetizer from 15 € maximum they make you pay 20 € for 4 people ... (with at least two slices of product for each) ... but here is the trick and the deception. .. I understand having to make these people work, but if they have to take advantage of it ... In short, € 135 for four slices of cured meats and cheeses and 4 “constipated” first courses ... plus two bottles of water. No comment ... shame because the food is good despite everything ... But even in the center of Rome if you go there they have distorted criteria. I don't recommend it.

Intimate restaurant, friendly staff and always available. Large portions and ... I felt like I was in the kitchen with my grandmother! Soft gnocchi with ragù!
