Da ich immer einen Behälter dabei habe, bekam ich einen Liter des gewünschten Öls (5W-30) aus dem Fass abgezapft! Dafür habe ich dann 26,- (in Worten Sechsundzwanzig) Euro berappen müssen. Erst hinterher ist mir eingefallen, dass ich noch nicht mal eine Rechnung bekommen habe. Das gleiche Öl kostet normalerweise 21,- Euro für fünf Liter! inklusive Steuer. Also auch wenn es eine Werkstatt ist, finde ich mehr als das Siebenfache schon sehr frech...
Unfortunately, I urgently needed engine oil and got this workshop recommended. Since I always have a container with me, I got a liter of the desired oil (5W-30) tapped from the barrel! For that I have to fork out 26, - (in words Twenty-six) euros. It only occurred to me afterwards that I did not even get an invoice. The same oil usually costs 21, - Euro for five liters! Including tax. So even if it is a workshop, I find more than seven times already very naughty ...

Very competent advice and help. The workshop changed the front shock absorbers and springs for us within a day and made it possible for us to drive home to Germany without worries. That's what I call service. Thanks to the staff!
